Q. How do I make an account?
A. You can make an account on our website by selecting the “Account” button on the top right side of the page. You will need to complete a registration form and provide us with a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID to duulcewholesale@gmail.com or fax it to (213) 763-6157. This verification and approval process can take up to 3 business days. If after 3 business days you do not receive a confirmation email, feel free to contact us at (213) 763-6195 or email at  duulcewholesale@gmail.com.
 
Q. I am an international client. How do I make an account?
A. For international customers, we will need some additional information for your registration to be approved. You will need to send us a copy of your ID, a copy of the front and back of your credit card, and a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID (If Applicable) to  duulcewholesale@gmail.com or fax it to (213) 763-6157.
 
Q. How do I retrieve my Lost Email / Password?
A. If you do not remember which email address you registered with, please contact us at (213) 763-6195, and we will provide you with the information.
 
Q. I don't have a Business, Store, or Online Shopping Site. Can I still purchase your products?
A. We can only sell our products to those who own a retail shop or wholesale business.

Q. What payment options are available?
A. We only accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
 
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. The payment will be processed in 1-2 days once you check out. You will receive an e-mail with the order number confirming it has been successful. Please note that once your payment has been processed, depending on the bank, the transaction may show up on your statement within 3-5 business days.
 

Orders

 
 Q. Is there a minimum amount to place an order?
A. The minimum purchase amount would be 6 pieces. However, 1 quantity on our site, is 6 pieces, so you can simply order 1 quantity of any particular item to reach the minimum order. 
 
Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
A. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurate as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed.

Q. Where is your clothing made?
A. All of our clothes are hand-made, cut and sewn in our factory, located minutes away from our showroom in Fashion District, Los Angeles, CA, USA.
